Dimensioneering becomes Exactal
We are very pleased to announce the unification of the Exactal, Dimtronix and Dimensioneering brands and companies under the Exactal name. The change has taken place as of 1st October 2016, and the Dimensioneering brand has been retired as of that date. The directors of the company made this important decision in order to align the company with the Exactal brand, which is the dominant brand within the group and known throughout the world.
As part of this change, Dimtronix products DimensionX and dxAPI will now be sold through Exactal and the Dimtronix brand name has been retired. eMeasure Limited, the third company formerly under Dimensioneering, will still operate as a separate entity, but will also become part of the Exactal Group as a whole.
This is just one step in the exciting journey still to come for the Exactal brand, as we look to finish 2016 off as our most successful year yet.
On the rebranding, CEO Murray Freeman noted “Joining the companies together under the Exactal brand will provide a unified view of the group externally and a simplification of the group internally. This important step will provide us with a single combined platform on which we can continue our strong growth around the world”.

It now has offices in Brisbane & Melbourne in Australia, London & Manchester in the UK, Auckland in New Zealand, Austin in the USA, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, and Singapore and Hong Kong. The main product CostX® provides an integrated BIM and 2D on-screen measurement solution with a unique integration between the cost estimates and the elements on the drawing files that the estimate represents.
