Exactal and Malaysia – Upcoming Activities

Exactal is pleased to announce our increased focus on the Malaysia market, and a number of important activities we have coming up in the region.

In March 2015 Exactal made the decision to handle sales in the region directly through our existing Asian offices. Handling our Malaysia clients directly means that we are able to give them access to our worldwide support team. We already have several large clients in the area and have been working closely with PR1MA as well, a government-owned entity in Malaysia who were mandated to build half a million affordable homes by 2018. Additionally, our new Malaysian phone number +60 (0) 3 8988 5257 will be a convenient means for our growing list of clients in the area to contact us.

Given our increased involvement in the region, Sales Manager Kimberley Yang and Industry Relationships Director Simon Lovegrove will be attending two conferences coming up in Malaysia in June, as well as visiting several clients & prospects in the region.

Firstly, the RICS BIM Conference 2015 will take place on the 4th of June at the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur. The theme is Practice & Collaboration: Making BIM Happen. This conference is a continuation of the successful BIM conferences run in the UK, and aims to, through a mixture of case studies and a panel session, allow attendees to assess how BIM is successfully implemented in practice around the world. Exactal is pleased to be not only exhibiting, but also speaking at this conference- Simon Lovegrove will present.

Then, the 17th International Surveyor’s Conference will be taking place at the One World Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on 11th and 12th June. The theme is Integrating for Excellence. The aim of this congress is to provide an open forum and a unique gathering of surveyors from all disciplines to exchange experiences, ideas and knowledge as well as to promote understanding and networking. Exactal is pleased to be exhibiting at this event.

Sales Manager Kimberley Yang notes “Malaysia is an extremely important region for us, and since taking on sales directly in the area, we have committed to visit often and ensure we fully support our current clients there. We are excited for this latest visit as not only will we be visiting several clients, but we also look forward to meeting several new prospects at the upcoming conferences.”
