RIB Costx Supports Digital Qv Costbuilder Rate Library Data

RIB Software is pleased to announce that QV CostBuilder cost data is now available to use in CostX. In cooperation with QV, New-Zealand based RIB CostX users can now licence digital QV CostBuilder libraries directly from RIB via a subscription agreement, making the rates available within the software for direct application into cost plans and automating future price updates.

More than 60,000 construction costs across six different regions of New Zealand are supported by QV CostBuilder, making it New Zealand’s most comprehensive construction cost database. The data includes building costs per square metre, cost planning rates and detailed rates, all of which can be applied to RIB CostX estimates. The data is regularly refreshed with data obtained from suppliers, installers and sub-contractors, ensuring it is current, to enable more accurate estimates for the NZ construction industry.
