Our international support team is made up of both IT and construction professionals, allowing us to provide the highest level of support possible.
Application support for RIB CostX® & RIB Benchmark is provided from 8:30-17:30 on business days of the local offices shown below. As the offices are globally distributed, support issues received at any time are directed to the next available open office, giving enhanced coverage. Dialling into any of the phone numbers listed on the right will give you access to all international offices at no additional cost, or alternatively you can log a ticket on the support portal.
