The Challenge

As demand for Rund’s cost consultancy services and client base grew across the UK, they found themselves needing to innovate their processes, moving towards greater automation and data storage so that their clients could continue to receive a consistently high quality and accurate cost consultancy service.
Rund also wanted to create a more standardised template document to ensure consistency in the presentation of their documents and reports going forward, which would also allow for significant time saving through minimising the time spent on formatting documents – therefore enabling quicker responses to client requests.
