Advancing Preconstruction 2021
The sixth annual Advancing Preconstruction conference is locked in for August 30 to September 1, with the event to be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Texas. A virtual program is also available for those unable to make the trip to Dallas.
North America’s largest gathering of contractors, clients and design companies is all about improving coordination and processes within the design phase. Attendees will learn how to align costs, scheduling and other project aspects at an early stage to support successful outcomes.
This year, the Advancing Preconstruction agenda will delve into post-pandemic outlooks and associated cost escalations, as well as how direct procurement methods may dramatically alter the way we consider project costs.
